Safe Order Guarantee
We guarantee that every order you place online with the Whimsicalwatches.com Online Store is completely safe. You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made on your credit card as a result of shopping at the Whimsicalwatches.com Online Store.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges on your credit card. If your credit card is used fraudulently as a result of placing an online order with the Whimsicalwatches.com Online Store, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50.00. In the event of the unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card issuer as soon as possible.
The Whimsicalwatches.com Online Store has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your order information. Our Secure Sockets Layer, (SSL), encryption technology makes all your information unreadable to a third party while it is in transit from your computer to ours. To ensure you are placing a secure order, confirm the following when you finalize your order:

For additional security Whimsicalwatches.com does not store or file your credit card information once it is securely transmitted to your bank's payment gateway.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Because our watches are custom made orders will normally be shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has left Whimsical Watches, Inc's. Distribution Center, you can track your shipment on our website by clicking the Order Status link and logging into your account using your Order Number. When you place your order, please provide us with your email address so we can send you an automatic notification when your package is shipped.
For orders to Canada or International orders, shipping may be via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post.
